Perhaps this may be a little of topic. I consider myself a property or interiors photographer, not an architectural photographer. The photos I take are not absolutely perfect, but they are taken with the specific aim of getting people to go and view a property using an image that is a touch over 400 x 300 pixels. I also have to be time and cost effective. The images I produce work really well for my clients.
Anyway I feel that Aritectural Photography have different aims. I am wondering are there any AP’s on here? do they have a view on this? what are the aims of there photos? do they have an oppinion on lower cost interior and property photographers?
I really had no idea of Interior Photography but now I’m very clear with Estelle Judah Emotive and design conscious Interior Photography its helps me lot for commercial purpose!
Architectual photographers are usually obsessed foremost with geometric elegance. If they are a commercial entity, they, like you, of course have to be time and cost-effective. I think I know what you’re trying to get at, but please don’t get a complex now; there is no collective “they”, re: opinion of others…..
