My type of shot there Mark. I might just remove the wording in the bottom right of the image & maybe a little more light in the bottom third of the image?

Mark that is a great portrait really well done and have to complement you on the B&W conversion this time the image just pops out and the eyes are great. An entry for your clubs next B&W night.
Thanks a lot people. Have to admit when I was finished with it I was very happy with the result. And yes Sodafarl its gone in to the open section of this months Club comp. Will be judged on Thursday week. I’ll let you know how it gets on :)

This image did not do well in the club monthly comp but to prove how subjective judging is, I am through to the finals of the Irish Times amateur photographer of the year – portrait section with this shot. Last 16 out of 1100 photographers and 7000 photographs..
Just got word today.
