Hi Sirvad,
Nobody dipping their toes in the water on this one so you’re stuck with me again. :?
I think I can see where you were going with this one but I can’t help feeling that there
are too many other colours in the frame for this to work really successfully.Maybe it’s the yellow bus.
It’s a very good try though.
I can imagine that brolly in a street full of contrasting colours.
Maybe others think differently.

thanks john for your thoughts, really appreciate them. as for the lack of others comments i just come to the conclusion that its that bad people dont bother with it. i like it though
i like this shot, if it was me i would have put the background a little out of focus draw more attention the the brolly.
phillipHi Sirvad. I like the idea behind this too. Perhaps on a busier street with a lot of other brollies of the same colour (not orange), this could work very well to isolate it in the crowd. I think as John said there are too many colours in this one. Philip’s suggestion of less DOF is a good one too. Perhaps a different shooting angle could work too, such as looking down on it from a height.
I agree with Philip, its a fine shot but better if you could have seperated the background from the subject.
