Just got back from Norway……..wow what a beautiful place, I had the best time ever.
Saw a Sea Eagle flew right past me! Didnt get to see the Northern Lights and the dog
sledding was cancelled due to lack of snow but I dont mind, it is just an excuse to do it
all again. Here is just a couple…

Glad you enjoyed Norway. I’ve been in Oslo twice in the past year, and got to see a bit of the countryside, it looks like a lovely place but I would like to explore it properly.

It looks cold enough in the photos though, especially the first one. Its a lovely take on the sky and the moon. I think the second one my favourite of the lot, very good composition. They all lack a bit of sharpness, I guess du to lack of light. But a nice set that gives a good impression of what the place is like this time of year.
Thanks Liam, I would go again tomorrow given the chance, due to limited space I neglected to
bring my tripod…….big mistake! Light levels were not the best especially as we were in “Polar Nights”
had only about two and half hours daylight some days. The scenery was outstanding, the first shot was
taken through the bus window so it wasnt the sharpest, the second would be my favourite also.Apparently one metre of snow is needed before they can go dog sledding, only had about twelve inches
the first time ever that they couldnt run them in December…….trust me to pick the wrong time. It was
also the first voyage since September that the Northern Lights had not been seen :(Only saw Oslo airport, but would love to return some day.
I cant see the photos for some reason. Is it my computer or the photos are not available anymore??
Oh! Sorry about that 121FOTO since the site upgrade all my photos have disappeared due to the
galleries being taken down…. I had my photographs hosted on site. I will have to go find them
and replace them :)
