Wren in the rushes

Some quick snaps of a Wren we were watching in Fermoy yesterday – the lighting was just gorgeous, and this little guy was flitting about in the bull rushes! :D

Oh wow, very nice ! They are really small so you must have some lens to get em !
Excellent. You must have been very close to them.
I discovered last night that I have one using an empty swallows nest as its
resting place. The nest if in the porch outside our front door. Not at all
a photogenic location :(, but nice to watch it :) Super little bird…
