Ok so I am having some problems lighting my backdrop. I Only have twio lights and they are countounis light sources. I have tried different eays of lighting the backdrop but keep getting a shadow on it. Can anyone help? Is it wrong postiting of my lights, is it the flash on my camera, wrong settings???
Thank you all in advance foryour help.

Easy solution no. 1 is to move the subject forward from the background and/or lift the lights a little higher (though this won’t work in tight spaces), you should be aiming for at least 6 feet or more from the background at the very least. If the lights have variable power and you’re looking for highkey with a white background just dial back the main light and use a reflector as fill, boost the background light to full power. If the lights aren’t variable, just move the main/key light much further back from the subject and the background light closer to the background (this is what I use for highkey video which means I have to use the modeling lights and move them around to get the look right).
