Sunset in Ballyheigue

I prefer the 1st…love the foreground detail and the cloud reflection. the “blob” of sand on the left foreground is a bit of a distraction, but that’s my only issue with it. I can’t help feel that if you moved 2 ft to the right when taking it, the image foreground would be a bit more uniform.
The foreground in the 2nd is too distracting…it draws the eye away from the horizon and the sunset itself. Maybe a crop removing the lower 1/3 would fix that. I love the tones of the sunset itself, though…very warm.

I left the foreground in the second one because I liked the reflection of the sun in the water. I took a lot of pictures that evening I must have a look see did I get a better angle on some of the others :D
