View towards Liabygda
Nordal ( an extremely small fishing village – a drinking village with a big fishing problem)
Somewhere near Stranda.

Two more today…
The road to Liabygda
Geiranger in the winter.
johnson76ParticipantGreat shots… i love the composition in them all . and the colors and sharpness are great…. well done
121FOTOParticipantMartinParticipantVery nice set of shots particularly the 3rd one for me. I’m back to Norway next month taking photographs for 9 days, cant wait….
121FOTOParticipantwhat part of Norway Martin? They are experiencing extreme temperatures at the moment (even for Norway) and most of the scenic roads are closed because of avalanches. I dodged one in the valley between Urke and Oye :) but luck doesnt strike twice. :)
phillipMemberlove all 3, but the third is for me, i would crop out some of the sky, i would hang this at home thats how much i like it.

We fly into Sandefjord on the south east coat, its normally around a 3 hours drive then to Rjukan where we will be based. This will be our 4th years here. Its in the south center of Norway in the mountains. Yea looks colder than Normal there at the moment with lots of snow so will have to be a bit more cautious when in the mountains and driving around…
121FOTOParticipantMartin..you are in for a nasty surprise. When I left Norway, the temperatures down south were lower then in Tromso. This year I landed in Alesund and went all the way to Trondheim. Next year I want to do Nordkapp but it will have to be in the summer. By the way, I learned this year that you are better off renting a car from local business then the likes of Hertz, Avis..etc. I got an Audi Cross country, fully equipped for snow and ice, for only 1000 NOK/week (E125/week).
DaveMurdochParticipantLovely shots.Numbers 4 and 5 would be my fav`s :)
I`d love to get back to Norway again, tho i think i`d spend less time fishing and more time with the camera..121FOTOParticipantmiki gParticipantLovely set. Great clarity in them all. #3 would be my pick too. Well done
PeteWMemberNot much to add that hasn’t already been said. So just a nod to say great work, love each of them. Some stunning scenery well captured, envious.
