Studio still life first attempt…

I finally got around to messing with my studio lights. I don’t have a clue really so I’d like to get some feedback on the lighting etc from people with a bit of experience with this kind of thing. Setup was an Interfit EX150 lighting kit and a Lastolite Hilite and vinyl train. Thanks
This looks fine to me Brian, although I’m certainly not an expert. Very nice.
One thing I wonder is why you needed to shoot at iso 320, I would have thought a lower iso (the base iso of your camera) would be best.
Is it just a matter of the power of the lighting?Martin
Well Martin, It’s mainly to do with me not knowing what I’m doing :D It may also have been something to do with trying to blow out the background but I can’t remember to be honest!
