Where to find aluminium lamp holders DIY lighting

  Whenever i seach for DIY lighting to use for video, in the US people use Home Depot aluminium reflector clamp on lights to make their lighting very cheaply.

  Does anyone know where to source similar lamp holders in the UK or Ireland that i could fit in an energy saving bayonet base or a screw in E27 base bulb?

  I have seen CFL energy saver bulbs which are 35W and emit equivalent of 175W and am looking for a good holder to use for these.

  Any suggestions appreciated.
