    Interesting vista – would be very interested to see how that would have looked in a wider angle shot, with slightly different lighting (perhaps later in the day)

    This was actually taken with a small samsung digital pocket camera , so i was suprised how well it came out.

    Yeah that shot is made for a wideangle lens or a few shots stitched into a panoramic. I was there at that very spot last July but was eaten by midges as I attempted to shot so didnt stay long. I must dig back throughteh shots I did take on the day and see if I can stitch.

    Not a bad shot though!…..beautiful spot up there !

    Interesting what you can get from a compact, lovely deep view into this image, different time of day would make this a much better image, ie sunrise or sunset.

    I shall be heading back there this summer with my slr !!!!! and all my gear so hopefully i can get a way better shot . :)

    Very hard to get a good shot of Ladies View. Sunrise or sunset don’t work too well there because of the mountains on all sides.
