70-200 if you can afford, but I wonder if you’ve checked prices. It’s 10x more expensive than 55-200.
Go for af-s 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 VR price ca.450€ or budget option 55-200VR for 200€. 70-300 is a better choice. I had one myself. I liked it for its fast and quiet autofocus, excellent anti-shake system, good optics and reasonable weight. 55-200 is much smaller and cheaper. Both come with built-in motor.
    Other options?
Sigma 70-300 APO macro (must be with motor, older version used motor in the body so be careful), but it’s worse than nikon 70-300 and noisy (I had one too).
If you are lucky you can find used sigma 120-400OS HSM for ca.400-450€, but it’s big and very heavy.
    Used sigma 70-200/2.8 HSM 450 to 600€.
Nikkor af-s 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 VR seems to be the best choice for beginner.
