Ultra wide angle & fisheye amydancesParticipant February 25, 2010 at 12:45 pm May I ask a silly question? What is the difference between a wide angle lens and a fish eye lens?? For example, will the sigma 10-22 wide angle produce difference shots compared to the sigma 10mm fisheye?? Thanks Piotr MMember February 25, 2010 at 2:44 pm See the samples: Sigma 10-20 http://www.pixel-peeper.com/lenses/?lens=3″ onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; Sigma 10mm (fish) http://www.pbase.com/cameras/sigma/10_28_ex_dc_fisheye_hsm” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; First one gives you straight lines straight. Fisheye produces lots of distortions. It can be fixed with a proper software. Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
