I thought i’d chance to see if anyone would be able to help me or point me in the right direction. My husband’s phone just carked it and all his contacts are on the phone as opposed to the sim. What are the chances of recovering? It’s an old nokia flip phone that he wouldn’t let go off cos he was so used to it. The main screen died but the flip screen still shows the battery charging when plugged into the charger. And the alarm set last night is still going off.
Hi.
I had a problem with my Nokia phone last week & the shop cleared all contacts etc from it & only the sim contacts remained. If your husband was using Nokia Lifeblog software, his contacts will be recorded there & he will be able to copy them back to the phone.
Hmmm, not sure of this but wouldn’t they be on the memory card in the phone which you could take out
and put into another or get a card reader for it ?
It may be possible to get the numbers off the phone if it can be treated like an external hard drive.
