    Wow, great macro, the bugs look very busy whatever they were doing, are the white things shells they just shed or something? I like the texture and colours of the leaf, it doesn’t look like Ireland, both the bugs and the leaf look very exotic, although I could be wrong, don’t know much about these things!

    Thanks lads.
    These guys were tiny & I didn’t realise they were bugs until I focused on what appeared to be a pattern on the leaf. They are Irish, but don’t ask what species they are as I havent a clue. :lol: I’m assuming that they had just hatched out of the white things as there are a few of them still on the leaf. Amazing how many creatures we just never get to see due to their size. :D

    I’ll have to get a macro lens one of these years so I can explore that world, another one for my wish list!

    Good photo I took a very similar one the other day and like you it was only when I was well zoomed in I could make out what they were.
