This is very interesting… I am probably new here… can’t figure out how to take a shoot like that.
Do you need the center daisy to rotate as the same time that you rotate the camera while taking the shoot ??Thanks Carl and Derric. Nothing special here, just duplicate the layer, use radial blur, then use the eraser tool to rub out the blur in
whichever flower you want to be sharp. In photoshop CS create a layer mask and paint black into the part to be sharp…..John!
