Urgent Help Needed

  Hi everyone

  Ok so I am shooting a wedding tomorrow and was getting my camera ready cleaned and all. Now it work grand the day before yesterday. Took a few shoots and all of a sudden I got Err 99
  ]I have a Canon Eos 20D with a battery grip. i have tried differend lens, Cards and Batterys
  Can anyone give me any adivce on wat to do.

  I have heard of this error with the 20d before. There are a few possible causes and possible remedies.

  Try the following

  – power-off, remove the lens and carefully clean the gold contacts on the lens and camera then attach the lens and power-on
  – remove the battery grip and see if the error still occurs without it and then when you reattach (make sure to tighten it well)
  – Make sure you also have the latest firmware as it was a problem with early firmware also
