Great stuff as per usual Sirvad.
There is however some streakmarks showing on my monitor from his left ear down to his shoulder that I find distracting.

Nice shot. The expression and composition is fine. I think that some catch lights in the eyes would really make this pop.
Looks like you had a big soft light over head the subject, judging by the hotspot on the forehead? If so, perhaps next time drop it down a bit until the light from it is visible in the subjects eyes. This would also reduce the shadow in the eyes. My 2c
