What a lovely building. I love the tilted sign.
Cropping a bit off the left might be good, to balance the photo.
I like the colouring of the shot too, gives it a bit of an old time feel.While writing I figured out why you called the post what you did, I had been wondering

Well done. a classic, love the guy outside, you did well considering the light looks so harsh.
