Caliso Bay -ND 110 Filter

I have just purchased an ND110 Filter and tried out my first shots last night at Caliso Bay. I experimented with various settings. My aim was to get lovely blurred misty water. I am posing the following images to show you the results. Will you comment on my images please and make suggestions on where I could improve. Thanks a million
Caliso 1 – Focal 18mm – 32 secs – f11 – ISO 100
Caliso 2 – Focal 18mm – 25 secs – f16 – ISO 100
Caliso 3 – Focal 18mm – 25 secs – f16 – ISO 100
