  A few taken around our holiday house in France:

  Anyone know what kind of hovering moth this is?
  

  Again, anyone know what plant this is?
  

  Sun(flowers) and showers

  I really like #1 and #4, great title on #4 made me chuckle.

  #2 The background seems a bit noisy
  #3 Maybe you could crop the grass and ground out of the foreground

  Other than that nice set.

  You’re dead right about the noise in #2 – I looked at it and it was taken at ISO400, so not normally too noisy, so it must be down to the contrast applied in processing. I’ll have a go at this again.

  With #3 I was thinking the same, but left it in to add to the layering effect and extra depth to the shot.

  #4 is very nice indeed and once again, great title.
  I like the sense of movement in #1 which looks like some sort of Hummingbird Moth (pure guess)………../Mikka

  #1 is a Hummingbird hawk moth. I’ve no idea on the plant type in #2, but I love it’s explosive appearance. #3 is a lovely scene & the title of #4 is great. Well done. A great set
