    Hello, I would like to let all photographers in Tipperary know that Hickey’s Photo Centre in Thurles, Co. Tipperary http://www.facebook.com/hickeysphoto develop all types of film. 35mm, 120mm, APS, etc. If you just want negs to DVD they have good deals on that too. I’ve heard that alot of photos centres are going purely digital now, so can we please spread the word of photo centres that are still processing film!

    I’m particularly interested in knowing what places still develop 120mm, If anyone knows places in Munster please list them here.

    Thanks very much,

    Debbie

    Hi, for all transparency (E-6) stuff I’ve started to send film across the pond by mail.
    http://www.profolab.co.uk/index2.html” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
    They also do large format (4×5, 5×7 (probably also 8×10 and others by request) and I can just pay by Paypal! Exc. service, although they only process on Tuesdays I think.

    C’est la vie.. I’m still waiting for the marketing genius who realises that a decent segment of the market went digital prematurely, and that there’s probably about 10- 15 years left in re-marketing colour negative film back to all those compact-camera owners who never wanted more than a handful of 6×4’s and a free film to begin with..

    That’s why I mentioned E-6….sorry, I thought you were interested in transparencies….
    For C-41 I don’t have to send away. E.g. Davitt Photo here in Salthill/Galway are doing a great job for me. http://www.davittphoto.com/” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
    – They in turn don’t do E-6…..:) hence my previous post. I would have thought C-41 would be still pretty accessible in most cities in Ireland.
