OK, here’s my first Macro shot and I know the composition ain’t hot…but amazing what macro lenses can do…
Welcome to the wonderful world of macro! Frogs eyes must be one of the most intrigueing
things to photograph almost golden in colour. Not sure if the background is noisey or just
textured? The flash has caused a few bright spots maybe reducing the amount of flash
or diffusing it would have worked better, but a nice shot all the same.Thanks Jenny. No flash used btw, the highlights are from the sun. The noise, I think, is a result of cloning out a huge dirty mark thay USED to be on my sensor!

Nice shot, but as you said, the composition ain’t that hot. Besides that though, I think it’s a very good first macro. The detail in the reflection in the eye is great. Macro is a great way to look at things differently, but it becomes addictive. :)
