Bit of help please!

hi there just wondering if any of you could help me, Im applying for the US green card lottery and the photo has to be 600×600 pixels, the nearest it will allow me is 600×800. i’ve been trying now for a few hours now and taught id ask here, hopefully someone can help.

will resize it to 600×600.If not, then what graphics package are you using ?

No problem. Here you go. 600×600. I adjusted the levels a bit to make it a little brighter.

microsoft does a power toys image re sizer that worked with XP. Which is still available for download .
i cant find the same tool for windows 7. it was really handy to have.
