I can live with the angle – it’s a new dynamic to an image. But something I cane very conscious of when I started on street photography was that to take a photograph of peoples backs doesn’t do the image or effort any justice. You would need to see faces to accompany the street surroundings…in most cases. But that isn’t easy without feeling like you’re doing something wrong. Keep at it though…it gets easier.
I agree with faces being better but here on the strip it may be a little dangerous to do a full on shot of the guys handing out the “ladies’ business cards” unless you are a little stealthy.
For me, the problem with the shot is that the background is very cluttered. It’s probably difficult to get an uncluttered backgrounds on LV Boulevard unless there is some new hotel being constructed in the background.
