I was in Dublin the other day and took a few shots. I havent cropped or messed around with them on purpose as I want to hear your view opinions on them first  I am a newbie as some of you may know .

A lot of the pictures where taken with my Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 and some with my new prime 28mm f2.8.

    Cheers

Good to see you’re shooting :D

You should embed the photos (not too many though) in the thread as people generally won’t be clicking outside the site.

A lot of the shots aren’t sharp. Remember you may be walking as well as the subjects or the light this time of year isn’t great. Use your iso to get an acceptable speed or if necessary shoot in shutter priority mode.
It can be difficult at first but some would benefit from getting in closer. That’ll come when you’re more comfortable on the streets.

A good first effort though and I love the “IMF” bike.

You’re right about the photos not being as sharp. I have since changed settings since I begun reading ‘Understanding Exposure’ by Bryan Peterson. Really good read !
I’ll remember to embed next time.
    Thanks for the compliment.
That bike was getting a hell of a lot of attention. Hadnt seen one in donkeys years !
