tommykelsoMember
Up and out at 9am to take a few wintery shots..
All C&C welcome..
Enjoy!
redtoMemberyou have been busy. not sure if its possible but could you space the photos? its hard to concentrate when all the pics are ‘attached to each other
that said. Like 1although snow is washed out 3 has a lot of distracting branch at the top (might be better in a smaller pic) looks like you (or your autofocus) focused on a leaf an not berries’ 4 is good but again there is an infocus leaf in front of the berries 5 has a lot of ‘foreground infront of the cair 7 an 8 i like the dog looks a bit overexposed an his lf leg paw looks dodged an the snow is washed out I prefer the second to last to the last.
Now if i was to try to take any of those I would not even get close to your shotstommykelsoMemberThank you for your comments. I will try and redo these spacing them out.
Snow is a tricky thing to expose corectly. The dogs paw is just fine snow bouncing up as he was jumping barking at me… guess he didn’t like a stranger taking his photo :)
Yeah I did the Holly shots in AF so focus may have slipped
allyburnsParticipanthi, good shooting, all takes time, but ur out there doing it. Love the river one, look forward to more of ur work
miki gParticipantHi Tommy. Nice shots. If you want to space them, press edit in your post & place the curser behind the last [img]on each line & press enter on your keyboard once. This will place a blank space between each image. Press submit when finished.
tommykelsoMemberThanks Ally.. yeah it certainly does take time.. but not much else would make me get up and out at 9am on a into a cold, wintery Sunday morning! haha
Cheers Miki :)
SeaviewParticipantNice set Tommy, you will get more comments if you include less images, per post normally around 3 or 4. If you do want to post a lot of images you should number them to make it easier for people to comment on them.
I do like your river shot and also the shot after it is quite nice.
Dave.tommykelsoMemberThanks for the advice Dave :)
Would never usually post a lot of shots in one post… just tried to show my journey of Sunday Morning :)
Tho I can see how too many shots can be hard for a viewer to concentrate on images
Thanks guys!
esthermolineParticipantHi Tommy, very nice set of pictures! I prefer the black and white ones. I don’t know why but for snowy scenes it’s what I go for. I think the photo just before the one of the dog would look great in black and white, although it’s also very nice as it is! My favourite is the doggy photo. :D
