It’s a lovely shot in B&W , but I would be tempted to crop the foreground by half. I think that will lend the tree more impact.
I really like this shot alot! the exposure of the snow really does help bring the eye up to the tree and sky.
I would have a look at a square crop and see what you think, I actually think it really suits this. or a 2×1 – length being the 2, with a bit of the ground cropped out
Thats interesting Bren, I posted a very similar image “Freezing Oak” yesterday, hadnt seen yours until now!..Two images are very much alike. That said I do like the sky in yours
