Student Photographer

Hello,
I travelled to England to study photography in college since September but have had to return due to circumstances. Sterling/Euro
I loved the course and learnt alot in the little time I was there. I have tried looking up courses here nearer to home but all seems to be in Dublin. (living in Cork)
I was enrolled in a BTEC National Diploma in Photography course and have used the darkroom excessively,photoshop,studio work and contextual studies. I am interested in many aspects of photography and would love to build up my own skills and help me decide which direction to take in the business.
Would love to be able to get some experience perhaps with a professional photographer and where hopefully I could develop skills in my own time and hopefully set up my own darkroom in my bathroom!!
I’m from a farming background and not afraid to work, I am very independent and mature as I moved to England at the age of 17. I will be 18 in February.
Would love any ideas or help from others on this forum so please feel free to comment. 8)
