Some bad weather work

Bored with the results of my street photography these days, so ramped it up a notch by going out in really bad weather and push processing harshly to deal with the lower light levels. Results are high contrast, low on shadow detail, and lots of grain. I love it, I have to say. Now, over to you…….

High wind and rain – November

    Snow storms – December

    Freezing morning – December

I’m surprised that there has been no response to this particular thread. The most interesting shot of three for me is No.3, it’s just a typical street shot, as it should be.. With No.1 there is to much sky, it doesnt add to the shot, with the camera pointed lower, more into the vender and man in turbin (?) would maybe have been a better composition choice i think, you might want to bring the contrast back a tad, the vendors face might be interesting…

#2 is interesting to me albeit it a little dark.

But it does have a noir feeling to it.

I like all of it BUT too dark..Maybe need to see a little detail on the clothes, clouds, etc…
    Maybe try Highlight in Photoshop!!

Cheers for comments lads. Yeah, too dark, but all taken using pushed film techniques in dark overcast conditions. And photoshop??? In street photography??????
