Weird Streaks on Film

Hey,
I am getting some weird streaks on some negs and was wondering if anyone here had an idea what is causing them. Image is here:

The problem is in the upper, dark part (which is actually on the left since the image is rotated). The streaks are quite regular in shape so I don’t think they are drying marks.
Film is TMax and developer is Tmax … both old so that could be the problem?
Any ideas appreciated …
is it on just this neg or multiple, drying marks would have been first guess, where do you dry them, are the negs touching during drying or developing?
On multiple negs. I dry them by hanging them from a clothes line thingy with a peg on the corner of each one. I give them a quick run through some water mixed with a tiny bit of washing up liquid first. They are definitely not touching each other when drying ….
hmmm, very odd, at first glance they look like drying marks but it’s weird they’d be in the same position on different negs, especially considering how you dry them, I’m afraid you’ve got me stumped. hopefully someone else may be of more help.
