Anyone for a possible Street Photography Meet Up

  Folks, I’ve just had a good talk with myself and agreed some time off the housework on Saturday, 26th Feb. Planning to get into see the Steve McCurry exhibit in GoP. Wondering if anyone would :?: fancy meeting up and talking a stroll and getting in some street photography on that day?

  I’d be up for that, as long as I’m not working that Saturday. Planning on going in to see the exhibition myself anyway :-)

  I think the Mourne Trip looks like it will be the weekend after, c 5th March. So, how about Saturday, 26th Feb?

  Suggestion is to meet at the cafe in the Film Centre (did I get that right?) behind the GoP. c. 2pm’ish? How does that sound?

  All,

  Had an online chat with Robbie and here’s what we’re suggesting
  – Saturday, 26th February
  – Cafe in the Film Centre behind GoP c. 12 noon

  We’ll go from there.

  Having said all that, I may not be there. Broke two bones in my foot earlier this week and am on crutches. Am hoping that all will be ok, but am being told 4 – 6 weeks. I might try to meet you for a coffee in the cafe but certainly won’t be treking the streets!

  No harm to even meet up and just chat photography either. For those of us not affiliated to camera clubs, it can be nice to sit and chat all geeklike to fellow togs now and then.

  I might even pop into the gallery this Saturday to check out the exhibition if anyone is around :-)
