Finally, a decent ‘budget’ radio slave?

  After a years of dissappointment from cheap ebay triggers, I found this on the net.

  Here’s a trigger by Phottix which is apparently a substitute for the almighty Pocket wizard. In the US these can’t be sold because of a court case.

  I’ve attached a review and a product page below.

  In the review it tested very well against PW, even outscoring in sections such as build quality, and the fact that it has a metal hotshoe as opposed to plastic… retails for aroud €90 on http://www.phottixstore.com” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; (for 1) in Europe…

  And they were successly fired repeatedly at 220m…

  Has anybody in PI got any experience of these?

  Just got an email back from Phottix saying that these will work with Bowens CE triggering cards…
