Lovely composition and nicely framed by the two cliffs at the side and the rock makes a nice foreground interest even if you moved a tad closer and made this more prominant in the image it would be better again. I cant help but feel with this image that you turn a nice image which it is into a great image if you shot this when the light was better. Imagine this scene taken either early in the morning or at sundown what it would look like with those lovely evening/dawn tones and colours. Thats why they call the hour after sun up and before sun down the magic hour…
Lovely exposure and presentation. However I feel your picture lacks a point of interest, at the moment it is like a lovely backdrop waiting for the main subject to appear.
Nice scene, and nice image. But as John said, to turn it from a “chocolate box” image to a “Award Winner” all you need is The golden hour light. You should defo revisit if possible and get a little closer to your foreground. Only my thoughts :)
