Daytime Moon

  My third attempt at imaging the Moon. Really struggling with the processing.
  All help and C&C received gratefully!

  

  Nikon D80
  Bresser Skylux 70mm refractor telescope
  T-Ring adapter
  Prime focus
  ISO 200 for 1/320 sec F10
  Manual exposure and focusing.

  I badly over-processed the 1st version of this image. Below is my 2nd attemt and, hopefully, it’s a bit better.
  Struggling quite a bit with the post processing.

  I am not behind a nice and proper screened computer but the first shot looks very good on it!! :D A background shot for a new Twilight movie :lol:

  I like them both, the first has more texture to it though, very good.
