I’m a new user of this forum, so hi everybody. I have recently had to sell my Canon EOS 30D and all associated lenses and accessories in order to fund some extensive repairs to my motorcycle, it hurt to let it go but there was no choice in the matter. As it will be a while before I can scrape together enough funds to buy myself a new D-SLR and some quality glass, I have been looking at buying a bridge camera to keep me going in the meantime. In the past I have owned a Fuji-film S6500fd which I was pretty satisfied with, and as a result of my previous good experiences with Fuji-film kit I am actively considering their HS-10 for purchase. Has anyone here had experience with the Fuji-film HS-10 ? If so, what are your views ? My main photography activities revolve around landscapes and rugby.
Bridge cameras a fine for landscape, but hopeless for sports photography of any description, well, except for lawn bowls perhaps. Cost is about the same as a low end DSLR anyway if you search a bit.
