I’m selling my Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens as I’ve just upgraded to an f/1.4.
My f/1.8 is in perfect working order. I bought in Feb last year so its just over a year. I love this lens, especially for portraits but is a fab all round lens!
The Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Lens delivers very sharp images as inexpensively as Canon lenses get.
With an f/1.8 maximum aperture, this is a fast lens and is a good low-light indoor photography lens – especially when a flash is not appropriate or desired. It works very well in a church for example.
There is a UV filter included with this which has been on the lens from day one. Also a lens hood – ‘for Canon ES-62’ as seen in photo
