This is our three month old daughter, Maya. This was not planned as you can probably tell, t it was her playtime on the sofa, and the sheets accidentally collapsed around her, and she liked it.
I am thinking of doing this on to a canvas, any comments, suggestions, thoughts are all welcome!

You probably couldn’t have planned that shot if you wanted to.
You have captured the moment perfectly and your daughter is a wee beaut.
The only thing I would do to it is crop it from about the button. The out of focus part of the legs is a bit distracting IMHO.Soda

I agree with Soda I would crop out the out of focus section at the end,when this is cropped you will be drawn in a lot more to your daughters pretty eyes. Lovely shot.

Bizzare how I never saw that crop..! Thanks Sodafari, DPS and Manny, it does make sense as the lower half is adding nothing to the over all image. I might get a landscape / square print out of his..!
I like it but you DOF and focus point has left the left eye soft , for me the full face should be sharp in this shot. Nice shot nonetheless
Thanks RAS, I can see it now that you mentioned it. Ah well, fingers crossed no one would see it in a canvas print. :wink:
