  This is a great little software suite!

  The only reason I’m selling it is because it isn’t compatible with Windows 7
  The version that is compatible has already been ordered from Amazon.

  Is this legal? Seem to recall another seller getting a wrap on the knuckles from the boss, they were also selling software,, don’t shoot the messenger :)

  I have not read anything in “the rules” to forbid the sale of photographically related software. This is a legally purchased copy, only for sale as it is not compatible with Windows7

  I think the boss said it can’t be sold if it has been installed on a PC already. The software licence normally only covers installation on one PC, this time it could be different, you would have to read the small print regarding third party sale. If it has never been installed on a PC there should be no problem.

  Sounds like its ok as it was purchased and won’t work on Windows 7 so has not been used.
