  I have an unused studio in Belfast city centre.
  It’s fully equipped with brand new Bowens 500 pro flash heads, backgrounds, radio triggers etc etc.

  Long story but it’s currently lying idle and available for use.
  I would be willing to discuss any arrangement and would be very flexible.
