  Sport is not really my thing, but these look interesting, I am especially drawn to the
  last shot, maybe a tad dark but the “gritty” processing seems to suit them.

  Interesting shots.

  Think I would prefer a simple B&W conversion as opposed to a HDR.

  I just think they look over processed.

  Thats just my opinion though.

  I don’t know if you’re experimenting but each shot seems to be processed differently. I like #1 because of the grittiness of it. #2 I can take or leave. #3 is just too blurred for me and doesn’t really have any focus compared to the first two. I like the look of intent between the guy with the ball and the guy opposing him in #4. #5 certainly has a point of focus but again the processing seems different than the rest.

  I don’t see any HDR there, Mrbosswell. :)
  Fine shots, not b/w, but sepia-toned or such of course, and a bit high on contrast perhaps. But, I like them enough.
