Newbee – needs to know how to upload photo’s for review

  Hi
  Sorry for being a bit thick here but need to know how to upload photo’s for comments / review here – recently bought a Nikon D3100 and am now experimenting with it and need peoples opinion on photo shots taken but dont know how to get those photos uploaded here

  hi , basically you have to have your photos on the net already, somewhere like flickr for instance. you then link them from there to here . i
  would suggest that flickr is probably the easiest of all the sites to link your pics from.
  1st: go to flickr , open on the pic you want to show us and click on the small downward pointing arrow next to the facebook and twitter logos
  2: at the bottom of the panel that opens will be 2 options , click on the bbcode option then copy all the info in the box above it
  3: in p.i go to the relevant section (macro, landscape etc) and click on new topic (top left) . when the box opens paste the info copied (from flickr) then click on ‘img’ ( this is very important ) , then preview . if your happy with what you see click on submit….done
  its probably easier to have 2 tabs open on your pc , one with flickr and one with p.i …..makes the job easier :-)
