You have lovely light in this pic however there is a very bad halo around the horizon where you blended the shots. Was there any need to blend shots as you had the sun behind you??
I would have moved a little closer to the water also so you could get the full reflection of the buildings and also maybe turned the camera a little to the left as there is a lot of waste in the bottom right corner that owould be better filled with a reflection in the water.
Don’t mean to be too critical!! :)
Beautiful subject, but I would highly recommend against causing halos like the one in your sky as they look overworked, or over sharpened, instead use gradients with light opacity and either using a blending mode that suits your image, composition is nice, but I wonder if you could have gotten the camera higher, with a wider lens to frame the reflections better, as I’m missing the tops of the buildings and that chimney.
lovely image and a great colour pallete agree with the above suggestions about the Halo but I am kinda puzzled cos what is percieved to be a halo is also in the reflection in the water leading me to perhaps question is it really heavyhanded processing or is it something else that is causing it. The composition is spot on though.
