Lens hire places in Ireland

I’ve a football game to cover in 2 months time, and it’s on a proper big field. All I’ve ever covered is a small pitch with my EF-S 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS, which has been plenty big enough. However, I have been scouting out the big pitch and the 55-250 IS won’t cover it. I was thinking of buying a EF 300mm f4L IS USM or maybe a EF 400mm f5.6L USM, but as they’re L lenses, they are at the £1000 mark. I had an idea of hiring the lens, but only places in the UK ever came up, with the best one being lensesforhire.co.uk, charging £65 for both for one week’s hire and insurance, but they will charge me £1200 deposit to send to here. I was wondering is there any hire places in Ireland, preferably one that people on here have dealt with.

If you give some more info then maybe you might be able to borrow a lens from someone?
I’m not 100% sure when I’ll need the lens, because the match dates have not been finalised. Who on here would have that sort of kit? What would I expect to pay in rent, for about 4 days?
By the way I shoot with a Canon EOS 1000D. If anyone would be so kind as to lend me their Canon EOS 1D MK VI I’d be very grateful! :D
I didn’t know Calmuts in Belfast hired out lenses. I’m up there soon so I might take a spin over.
