Mullaghmore, long exposure

Decided to have a go with a long exposure last night. This one was taken few minutes after the sun went down. Would have liked to stay out longer but my battery went down pretty quick while trying this sort of shots.

    f22 – 18mm – 20 seconds exposure, single shot – 100 iso

    any suggestions?

I really like this shot. I have seen great shots taken just after the sun dips below the horizon.

    Lovely shot Claudio.

Colours – sky and rocks are great, nice texture to the water.

Looks like you have two small spots of lens flare on the top
ridge 1/3 rd distance from the right. Burn or clone will fix
    it quickly or something else.

    Still a very good shot.

    thanks guys, appreciate your comments.

gerry: i’ve noticed the flare while working on this picture but i’m afraid i was too lazy to clone them out.. i was processing it late at night.. i’ll keep it in mind should i ever decide to print it or do anything with it. thanks a million :)

The reddish rock in the foreground,
I can’t make up my mind whether it improves the shot,
    or is just a distraction.

    Smashing shot,
If it were mine (and it’s not :( ),
I’d be tempted to try to get just a tad more detail in the cliff face,
Get rid of the lens flair and you’ve got a winner!
