Was just thinking same thing John…love the perspective though.
Maybe would try ‘burn’ the Guiness Gates themselves a little

I think that I prefer the colour version but thanks for posting the B&W version.
I’d probably go opposite – prefer the B&W as it adds atmosphere (imo)

yes the colour works for me. Great composition and love the low aspect. good leading lines to the gate, you could have fun with this one in PShop and throw in some snow. I worked there for a few years and this shot brings back memories……the shot has a HDR feel to it also..
Thanks Ras. Its was very tungstany from a light high on the left. Its actually one image.
50% desaturation of greens and reds. Contrast boost. Then the door and part of the walls
was burned and darkened. Yep re snow. I live near Guinness so might get to retake it
when the snow arrives.Gerry.
