I need to get back posting here again…hadn’t logged in for a while and I have 743 new posts to review!!
This is an image taken in the last 2 weeks on Rosslare Strand. I used a Helios 2/58 prime lens with an adapter on my Sony A700. It’s completely manual with a very short DOF at f2.0 but with this image that didn’t matter. For those of you who haven’t seen my stuff before…I don’t normally do the conventional but try to replicate other styles…don’t beat me up over it.

Brownie – not gone far Noel…more like a hurler on the ditch at the moment.
For those who want to know – I converted to B&W, I blurred the image, added grain then blurred again to soften the grain, added a Lab mode black overlay at opacity 50%, burned slightly the horizon, applied a vignette and the frame for the laugh.
