Agree with Gerry, 3 would be my pick, I wonder is it the black & white I am
drawn to more? The first doesn’t have the same appeal for me, did you try it

I tried the first in B&W but streaks of light turn into a grayish white and drown out the subject a bit. Like this he stands out.
