1.4 x Canon converter and Speedlight flash for 500d

hi looking for a 1.4 converter for my 70-300 and also a flash for my 500D as the cheap ebay one I purchased has died on me.

JonI have a 430ex II, Piratically brand new, with less than 1000 clicks, only ever had 2 sets of battery’s and is kept in original box and carry case. No marks what so ever looking for 250euro but open to offers around asking price
