Took this shot in colour – it was nothing special but after a bit of Photoshop 5.5 work I kinda like it. C&C welcome!
Removed the colour, Mirrored the image, added a bit of ripple to the lower half, and tweaked the high pass filter.
Certainly an eerie spot on a misty morning.
Limelight.
Not sure about the processing tbh. Especially the glow around the trees.
I’d be interested to see what it was like without the mirroring too :)Mark has hit the nail on the head. Alot of haloing going on around the trees, maybe HDR ? bit flat to my eye too, maybe up the contrast a little although you will notice the halo getting stronger if you do.
